Refund Policy
Legacy Christian Academy charges participation Sports Fees at all levels to help offset the expenses incurred when offering co-curricular activities. These costs include, but are not limited to: coaching salaries, officials fees, field maintenance, uniform fees, equipment and transportation. The expectation by LCA is that all fees will be paid prior to the first official practice day. A refund of the sports fee will be issued ONLY if a student-athlete formally drops their participation by notifying the athletic department in writing before the 4th Monday of the season as dictated by MSHSL. (see dates below) Please note that fees NOT paid by the first scheduled contest will also result in a player being restricted from participation until fees are paid.
